This Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit brandbag.io, customise materials or download an Asset.

Brandbag is operated by Blue Stag Studio Limited, trading as Everglow.

Who is responsible for your information?

Responsibility depends on how your information is being used.

Everglow as data controller

Everglow is the data controller when we decide how and why personal information is used to:

• Operate and secure Brandbag.
• Record downloads and acceptance of the Brandbag terms.
• Understand how Brandbag is used.
• Improve Brandbag.
• Produce client usage reports.
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
• Detect and investigate misuse.
• Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Everglow acting for a client

Each Brandbag collection is created for an Everglow client or other organisation, referred to in this notice as the “Organisation”.

The Organisation is normally the data controller for personal information contained in its campaign materials and for personal information that users upload to customise those materials.

Everglow processes this information on the Organisation’s behalf to operate Brandbag and produce the requested material.

The Organisation is responsible for deciding why this information is used, establishing a lawful basis and providing any additional privacy information that applies to its Campaign.

Information we collect

Brandbag does not normally require you to create an account or provide your name, email address or contact details before downloading an Asset.

However, we collect certain information automatically when you use Brandbag.

Technical information

This may include:

• Your IP address.
• Browser and device information.
• Operating system.
• Referring website or source.
• Pages and Assets viewed.
• Dates and times of visits.
• Session identifiers.
• Technical error and security information.

Download and acceptance information

When you download an Asset, we may record:

• The Asset downloaded.
• The relevant Organisation or Campaign.
• The date and time of the download.
• The version of the Brandbag Terms of Use and Asset Licence accepted.
• Confirmation that the acceptance box was selected.
• Your IP address.
• Browser and device information.
• A session or download identifier.
• The referring website or source.

Because Brandbag does not normally ask for your name or contact details, this information may not identify you directly. However, IP addresses and other technical identifiers may still be personal information under data protection law.

User Content

Some Assets allow you to upload or enter content such as:

• Photographs.
• Logos.
• Names or other wording.
• Local campaign information.
• Other information required to customise the Asset.

Not every Asset provides the same upload or customisation.
